SMA Administração de Imóveis e Patrimônio S/A invests in the Brazilian market, having a solid experience in the real estate industry, with a special focus on its commercial segment (shopping malls and street/convenience malls). SMA has recently successfully invested in the power industry, structuring and almost promptly selling a run-of-river hydroelectric plant located in the Central West region.
